As the business largely operates in the ecotourism industry through the sales of e-bike tours and hires, already the concept of sustainability is practised and promoted. The use of e-bikes allows people to see the island in a low-impact way when compared to activities such as motorbikes, jeeps or fuel-powered boats, as well as allowing them to view the nature of the island in a much more immersive, first-hand experience; not to mention the added health benefits it provides. This alone also helps in encouraging people to protect and preserve the natural environment as much as possible.
